Effective June 13, 2026. This policy covers jeremylazaro.com and the AeroReception service. Plain language on purpose: what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
This site has no account system and no tracking-heavy analytics. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it: when you email us, connect on LinkedIn, or book a call through Calendly (name, email and anything you write in the booking form). Calendly's own privacy policy applies to data you enter there.
AeroReception answers business phone lines on behalf of our clients. When you call a line served by AeroReception, the call is answered by an AI assistant and the conversation may be recorded, transcribed and summarized so the business you called can serve you. That data (caller number, recording, transcript, booking details and any information you share on the call) belongs to the business you called and is delivered to their systems, such as their calendar and CRM.
To respond to you, schedule and run calls, deliver the AeroReception service to clients, improve call flows, and meet legal obligations. That's the list.
Email and booking data is kept as long as our conversation is live. AeroReception call recordings and transcripts are retained per each client's configuration and deleted on client request or at the end of an engagement.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time by emailing jrmylzr25@gmail.com. If you called a business served by AeroReception, we'll route your request to that business, since the data is theirs.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. Questions: jrmylzr25@gmail.com.
